YETI is issuing a voluntary product recall of the Rambler® 20 oz Travel Mug with Stronghold Lid. The lid’s MagSlider™ and mug contents can be expelled if the mug is filled with hot liquid, sealed with the lid, and agitated or inverted, which can pose an injury hazard. If you purchased a 20 Ounce Travel Mug with Stronghold Lid you should stop using the product immediately. The Stronghold lid should be returned to YETI for a full refund of the product, including any associated customization or logo fees that were incurred at the time of purchase. Please complete the “Return Form” below to return your Stronghold lid. Once you've filled out your claim using the link above, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping envelope at the address provided. Your refund will be processed after YETI’s receipt of the recalled lid.

You do not need to send back the full product. We only require the return of the lid, so feel free to keep the mug portion of the product.


We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

• Pack your lid securely in the provided prepaid shipping envelope.

• Drop off the prepaid shipping envelope at any UPS shipping location.
